SeaGrape Boutique at Cooper Island Beach Club

BOUTIQUE

The SeaGrape Boutique, originally housed in a stand-alone wooden cabin, received a full upgrade in 2013. Over the years the space has been furnished with an assortment of home-made display pieces and the selection of vendors has broadened considerably.

Now, the Sea Grape Boutique is a hidden gem of glamour, allure, charisma and prestige. The 900 square-foot space situated next to our Coffee Box, is decorated in a London-meets-Caribbean style, with crisp white walls, poured concrete floors and driftwood statement pieces.

ECO-PRODUCTS

We work with a number of companies that share our passion for protecting the environment. Here are a few examples:

Stream2Sea is ‘coral reef safe’ – it is the ONLY reef friendly mineral sunscreen that has been tested and proven safe to fishes and coral larvae. Their packaging is also eco-friendly, utilizing biodegradable sugarcane resins and recycled milk containers.

EC Soap Co., created by local entrepreneur Alexandra Durante, produces handmade artisan soap bars and other natural bath & body products. Their mission is to utilize and share the natural resources that the Virgin Islands have to offer. All products are 100% natural with no parabens or sulphates and are cruelty free.

Sage Roots is a nature inspired brand that can be used on the body and in your home. The BVI-based company produces handcrafted products such as body butter, essential oils & household cleaning products using organic and locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Sailing Virgins’ aim is to create an apparel brand that creates the smallest possible environmental impact. Their lightweight UV Drytops are made from recycled bottles and bamboo fiber and, for every one purchased, they also plant a tree via One Tree Planted.

RashR make eco-friendly activewear using sustainably sourced Ocean Balance fabric made from recycled ocean waste, fishing nets, carpets and other post-consumer plastic. Ocean Balance Recycled Polyesters are environmentally friendly, cost-effective and performs just as well as regular virgin polyester.
